Founded in the 1950's, the Duval Improvement Association is a registered 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the overall quality of life in our neighborhood by providing positive programs and activities for our residents.
Our area is bordered by McCallum Street, Johnson Street, Wayne Avenue and Washington Lane in the Historic Germantown section of Philadelphia, PA.
